Should I use a buyers agent?

The answer to that question is a question.  Would you go to court without representation?  If so then maybe not but if you do like to see the best outcome possible you may want to consider a Buyers Agent when purchasing a home.  A buyers agents duties and fiduciary responsibilities are to insure the buyers rights and interest are the priority in a purchase.  Remember when making an offer on a property you are entering a legally binding contract.  Someone who is fluent in Real Estate and has experience with a wide range of scenarios in the home buying process would insure that all t's are crossed and i's dotted.  At the end of the purchase you  will be happier for it.
